HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Look out for your red parcel coming through your door!
THE WOUND IS INFECTED, CAN I USE EQUAIDE?
WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT?
If you are not happy with Equaide you can return it to us in its original condition, unused within 30 days of purchasing it for a refund on the product. The postage cost will not be refunded.
We do not advise using Equaide until all infection has been treated due to the speed Equaide will close a wound.
The Equaide Pet is a less concentrated version of the Equaide Original. The Pet version is a thinner solution to the Original version. Mix the solution well and apply with the brush directly onto the wound.
HOW DO I APPLY EQUAIDE?
Your order comes with everything you need - solution, instructions, mixing stick and brush to apply it. Once you open your jar of Equaide it will need to be mixed up. It will be part solid/part liquid. It takes a bit of mixing to get it to a thin paste. It is water based so a few drops of water can be added at any point to thin it out if it becomes dry. Once it gets to a thin paste use the brush to apply thinly over the wound. Make sure you clean the brush well after use with saline solution or hot soapy water and dry it, if not it will go hard. One 2oz jar of Equaide goes a long way!
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ORIGINAL & PET EQUAIDE?
DOES EQUAIDE EXPIRE?
It does have an expiry date on the top of the jar however it has a very long shelf life. If the solution gets dry just add a few drops of water to it and give it a good mix until it becomes a thin paste again. The solution is water based so just a few drops turns it back into the thin paste required.
WHAT SIZE OF JARS CAN I PURCHASE EQUAIDE IN?
You can purchase Equaide in a trial size jar which is 1/2oz or a full size jar which is 2oz. The trail jar is an ideal size to give Equaide a go before you purchase the full size jar. This gives you the chance to see how effective Equaide is - it really does work! The normal size in the Original and Pet Solution is 2oz. Unfortunately we do not stock trial sizes in the Pet Solution which is the lower concentrated solution.
MY VET HASN'T HEARD OF EQUAIDE BEFORE, SHOULD I USE IT?
Equaide is used and recommended by Vets worldwide however not every Vet has heard of Equaide. Many years ago when I first started using Equaide my Vet had never heard of it. However, I was recommended it by a friend who had seen great results with it. At that moment in time I had a horse standing in the stable with a pretty nasty leg wound. I knew it was going to take a long time to heal.. I decided I would try anything to help it after not having any success with any other products. That was the day I started using Equaide and I have never looked back. It healed quickly and barely showed any scar on his leg once fully healed.
WHY DID WE BECOME A UK DISTRIBUTOR FOR EQUAIDE?
Simple answer... because we believe in the product! Having used Equaide for many years we know it works and the results speak for themselves. We truly believe that once you have tried it you will never want to use any other products for wound care. We have recommended Equaide to many people over the years and they have also had great results with it.
